We were contacted by a local meat works company, to do some work in their freezer.
The meat works freezer (which can be as cold as -40c) operates entirely by remote console, and CCTV cameras.
We removed ageing analogue cameras, and replace with IP cameras.
This require some specialist supplies.
The cable we used is rated to operate down to -50c, and the cameras are rated to -40c.
When we arrived, the freezers had been turned of for an hour, and the freezer had warmed to -15c 🥶
