CCL Christmas hours 2023/2024

Hi People,
The holiday season is nearly upon us!
Our support team will be operating throughout this period to ensure your business can continue without interruption.
We will be operating under a brown out status between Wednesday December 20th 2023, and Monday January 8th 2024.
What does this mean for you?

  • No number porting will be processed.
  • Phone and email support will be available at a reduced capacity.
  • There will be restrictions on all business projects.
  • No adds, moves, or changes.
    • This means no changes to your PBX / Phone, your CCTV, or your internet systems.
If you need after hours, or holiday greetings loaded on your phone system, you should email us now at support@centralcomms.nz.

From Saturday December 23rd, 2023, until Wednesday January 3rd, 2024, there will be under black out status.
What does this mean for you?
  • All brown out status, as well as:
  • Only emergency work will be undertaken.
  • Some small examples:
    • If you have one phone not working, but have another that is working, this is not an emergency.
    • If you have cameras offline, and you are not required by law to be surveilling then this is not an emergency. (Our pharmacy customers are required to surveil the dispensary, so this IS an emergency)
    • If your printer is not working this is not an emergency.
We will have staff monitoring our phones (07 848 0038), and support@centralcomms.nz emails throughout the holiday period.

Please DO NOT call or text individual staff mobile numbers, as we have put in place significant infrastructure to allow each of our Central Comms staff a much-deserved holiday.
Call us on 07 848 0038.

Happy holidays 🌞🎅
Thanks for your business this year! Have a great summer break and we look forward to catching up in 2024.

Paul, and the team at Central Communications.
